This page appears when you first log in. There's not much to do here; you can see links to each section of the site to which you have access.

At the bottom is the "Change password/Displayed name" option. Using this, you can change the password you log into the admin area with. You can also set a name which will be shown instead of your username with items such as blog posts and comments.
